As we move toward the spring season, we welcome more light, life and color into our natural environment.  Spring eases us into the heat, fire and longer days of the summer season and pulls us out of the dark, more introspective, shorter days of winter.   

I invite you to join me on an eight-part series, where we’ll mimic that of our natural environment through this spring season through an invigorating, nourishing vinyasa series that will build and expand upon each class.  This series will offer you the opportunity to reinvigorate the physical, mental, and emotional body to feel into what is wanting to blossom within you.  As this course is designed as a weekly progression, you will be given the opportunity to feel the effects of clearing out the old, detoxing the physical, mental, and emotional body, calling in and replacing that with more inspired and aligned goals, visions, and aspirations for yourself.
